New person here
Hi! My name is Dan and hail from Washington in the great NW. I've been riding over 50 years on most popular motorcycle brands. i have in my garage a 1984 Aspencade, a 2009 Vstar 950, my wife's Vstar 650. Recently just got the Gold Wing - relative is in Alaska for at least 2 years and wanted me to ride and maintain his Gold Wing for him (I jumped at the chance). I just need to get some more riding in to get used to it , especially the slow speed handling. Good to see a forum on this particular bike.

Welcome, Dan. Oak Harbor is one of our favourite places to visit in WA.

Lucky you to have a relative who wants his two-wheeler ridden!

Thanks for the welcome ya'll. The Gold Wing feels great on the hwy, but still like my 950 in town and the real curvy stuff - light and nimble.
