the pilot screws are non-adjustable as they come from the factory, unless you are doing a carb rebuild it is best to leave them alone

I'm looking for a tool to adjust the pilot screws on other cards that are hard to reach. I was hoping to find something I can purchase. And at some point I will be rebuilding my carbs.

Hard to reach, how so? long and narrow? around a corner?
Most pilot screws use a slot in their head inorder to allow adjustment/removal.
A slot screw driver whose head is too big can be ground down to the proper size.
There are some small length handled slot screw drivers with a pair of 90 degree bends in them to get into tight spots.

Depending on the application, a long, slot bit (the kind which come with cordless drivers) could be fitted to a deep 1/4" drive socket, placed on an extension, just watch the torque when seating!

What is your application? It may help shed some light. (afterall, we are just a bunch of wrench heads)

I'm looking for a set of someting to adjust hard to reach pilot screws. I tried adjusting a set of carbs on a GL1100 and it was a bugger. These will be general use on all kinds of bikes. Mostly hard to reach 90 degree locations...
