Just want to say hello. I am new to riding goldwings. I have been riding motorcycles for about 25 years. I just brought a 1985 ltd, have been looking at them for awhile and when i found this one for sale just had to buy it.It had 18600 miles when i bought it i have put about 800 miles on it since and i really love it. It has developed a small quirk with the throttle sensor and since honda doesn't sell them anymore i searched the web for help and landed here. The post on using a car tps is very interesting and i am starting to hunt down the parts needed. I also own a 1986 yamaha radian that i use when i want to have fun on some twisties. I would like to get the wing in tip top shape so i can start putting on some miles. I want to a run to California to visit my brother who just bought a 2008 goldwing. I hope to find a lot of useful information here. Does anyone know how or where i can pick up an owners manual?
