more gas

While doing a little work on the bike today, I pulled the air filter planning to replace. When I got it out I found a bit of fuel underneath it. I cleaned out the area but I DON'T think there should be fuel there. :? Bike runs good, etc and gets great mileage. Leaky fuel line, or something else you think?
