CB Disconnect
I have a static problem in my system. You know, hit a bump, get a lot of crackle. I've traced it to the CB and since i've never used it, i've decided to bypass it. Looks pretty simple - just unplug the audio cables (in and out) from the back and plug them into each other to re-route. BUT.... before i pull it out again and try to get my hams in there to do it.... am i correct or do i need to do something else?

I figured others had done it so i'll ask before i leap.

thanks, bil
