Leaking fuel

I have found the first problem so far with my 85 aspy.
I found a fuel leak, it appears to be coming from a vent tube located between the carbs, it is a "T" shaped pipe one end in each carb and an open end pointing down, when I start the engine it steady drips gas out of this line.. Stuck float??? |

If you look closly on the right side of the picture you will see where I drew sort of a T , this T is above all the hoses in this pic.
There is one of these Ts on each side between the pairs of carbs, appears to be a vent tube, But I am unsure, not a good place for a vent tube to be, surely these are supposed to have a rubber tube on them or something.... |

I am not totally familiar with the carbs in question as mine have given me no reason to go in and dig around.
Looking at the picture, do you have a tube going to the slow air cutt off valve? Thats seems o be the only place I can see that connects between two carbs on each side. I am not near my bike for a few more days so I cant go and look at anything
